Titus Mwanza from Zambia is a former tobacco farmer who swapped to food crops four years ago.
He is now an advocate for Tobacco-Free Farms, a joint initiative between WHO, ministries of agriculture & UN partners, which supports tobacco farmers to switch to alternative crops.
