Le Représentant résident de l'OMS au Congo , Dr Lucien Manga, qui a pris fonction le 01 mars 2019 dans le contexte de début mise en œuvre du treizième programme général de travail et de l'agenda de transformation de la Directrice Régionale AFRO, a organisé une retraite du personnel de l'OMS Congo à Pointe-Noire du 23 au 28 avril 2019, pour partager entre autres, sa vision du travail de l'Organisation dans le pays pour les quatre prochaines années.
