From 23-25 November 2025, WHO African Region, alongside partners—including UNICEF and UNOPS—joined a Gavi support mission to the Democratic Republic of the Congo to strengthen collaboration with national authorities, evaluate ways to sustain immunization progress, and kick off priority vaccination campaigns to save lives.
