The World Health Organization (WHO) Country Office in Eswatini conducts annual staff retreats to assess its contribution towards attaining the organization’s global health goals. This is done through an annual progress review of technical and support services performance in compliance with the rules and regulations of the organization. The retreat helps staff members optimize the delivery of WHO work, to improve efficiencies and strengthen teamwork. It further provides an opportunity to align staff thinking and maximize efforts toward achieving the set annual objectives.
