Mpox Outbreak in Uganda Situation Update - 21 October 2024
Cumulatively, 164 confirmed cases of mpox have been registered in Uganda with one death among confirmed cases (Case Fatality Ratio is 0.6%). Treatment units with active admissions are in the districts of Nakaseke, Nakasongola, Kasese, Wakiso,
Adjumani, Kabale, Isingiro, Buliisa, Dokolo and Mbarara.
