The goal of universal health coverage is to ensure that all people obtain the health services they need without suffering financial hardship when paying for them.

It aims to provide health care and financial protection to all people in a given country with three related objectives:

Overview (Typhoid fever)

Typhoid fever is a bacterial disease, caused by Salmonella typhi. Symptoms usually develop 1 to 3 weeks after exposure, and may be mild or severe. They include high fever, malaise, headache, constipation or diarrhoea, rose-coloured spots on the chest, and an enlarged spleen and liver.
